Our Story

Founding Kufiyat Al Quds was never just about opening a new restaurant. It was a dream that carries the story of an ancient city, an authentic Palestinian heritage, and a flavour that tastes of nothing but Jerusalem.

We believe real taste doesn't need changing; it needs preserving. So we offer an experience that takes you back to the simplicity of the Jerusalem kitchen: rich Jerusalem tahini, the original taste of falafel, and the aroma of food that reminds you of family gatherings and the warmth of old homes.

Today the story continues — it began with the dream of three founders, Raed, Mustafa and Murad Al-Ghraifi, and grew with the trust and love of our customers across three branches in Amman.
